Individual
Therapy
Individual therapy, also known as psychotherapy, is a collaborative process between a therapist and a client. It provides a safe and confidential space where you can explore your feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of your life that you would like to change, better understand yourself and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.

Professional Consultation & Organizational Work
I provide consultation to mental health professionals and organizations seeking to deepen their expertise in perinatal, infant, and early childhood mental health. As a UC Davis Napa Infant-Parent Mental Health Fellow and certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through PSI, I bring specialized knowledge in supporting caregivers and infants, strengthening attachment, and addressing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
I partner with agencies and organizations to assess program needs, design caregiver–infant services, and train staff. My approach balances clinical expertise with cultural sensitivity, helping professionals feel more confident and effective in their work with parents and young children.
Whether through one-time consultation, ongoing supervision, or organizational training, my goal is to build capacity and expand access to high-quality perinatal and infant mental health support.
